A polyclonal antibody for ULK2 from Human | Rat. The antibody is produced in rabbit after immunization with human synthetic peptide from the mid-protein of Human ULK2 (aa. 558-569). The Antibody is tested and validated for WB, ICC/IF assays with the following recommended dilutions: WB (1:1000), ICC/IF (1:100). This ULK2 antibody is conjugated to ATTO 633.
UNC-51 like kinase 2 (ULK2) is widely expresed and contains an amino-terminal kinase domain followed by a central proline-serine rich domain and a highly conserved carboxy-terminal domain. It has been linked to axon growth and is essential for autophagy. Structurally, ULK2 is similar to ATG1.
