Recombinant AMARV GPDTM protein is produced by utilizing the latest techniques in recombinant expression. All of our recombinant proteins are highly purified and obtained in reliable long term partner laboratories. The expression systems that are used to derive recombinant proteins include E. coli, Yeast, Baculovirus, HEK293, etc.
Storage and handling
Lyophilized recombinant proteins can be shipped at ambient temperature and stored for short terms at +4 degrees Celsius for up to one week. If the recombinant proteins will be used in the near future (e.a. in a month) storage at -20 °C is recommended. Long term storage should be done at -70°C and it is higly recommended to add a carrier protein and/or cryopreservative agent.
In order to retain the quality of the Recombinant AMARV GPDTM protein unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For proteins that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized proteins small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom. When reconstituting the lyophilized protein it is recomended initially to dilute to a concentration of 100ug/ml using sterile water and only after that to continue preparing further dilutions.
