Quantitative sandwich ELISA for measuring Mouse Mitochondrial fission factor (MFF) in samples from cell culture supernatants, serum, whole blood, plasma and other biological fluids.
MFF is a nuclear gene encoding a protein that functions in mitochondrial and peroxisomal fission. The encoded protein recruits dynamin-1-like protein (DNM1L) to mitochondria. There are multiple pseudogenes for MFF on chromosomes 1, 5, and X. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
All of the components are shipped on ice packs/blue ice. Upon receiving the kit keep it at +4 degrees Celsius for up to 1 year (refer to the label on the box for the exact expiration date).
