Quantitative sandwich ELISA for measuring Canine N-acetyl-Beta-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) in samples from cell culture supernatants, serum, whole blood, plasma and other biological fluids.
N-Acetyl-/?-glucosaminidase (NAG) is a high molecular-weight (?140 kDa) hydrolytic lysosomal enzyme that is found in many tissues of the body. It breaks chemical bonds of glycosides and amino sugars that form structural components in many tissues. It is necessary for the degradation and disposal of various parts of the cell, including the cell membrane.
All of the components are shipped on ice packs/blue ice. Upon receiving the kit keep it at +4 degrees Celsius for up to 1 year (refer to the label on the box for the exact expiration date).
