Advisory: In order to retain the quality of the Acetyl-CoA acetyltransferase(phaA) unchanged cycles of freezing and thawing should be avoided. For proteins that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized proteins small amounts of the suspension may be entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Before use briefly centrifuge the vial to collect all of the solution in the bottom of the vial. When reconstituting the lyophilized protein it is reccomended initially to dilute to a concentration of 100ug/ml using sterile water and only after that to continue preparing further dilutions.
