Alternative Names: Recombinant 3-isopropylmalate dehydratase large subunit(leuC)
Recombinant 3-isopropylmalate dehydRattus norvegicusase large subunit(leuC)
3-isopropylmalate dehydratase large subunit (leuC)
3-isopropylmalate dehydratase large subunit (leuC) (Recombinant protein)
3-isopropylmalate dehydratase large subunit(leuC) is a recombinant protein produced by expression in E. coli. This protein has purity of at least 90% (SDS-PAGE analysis) and is obtained in reliable long term partner laboratories.
Expression Region: 1-470
Number of amino acids: 470
Type: Recombinant protein
Purity: >90% estimated by SDS-PAGE
Expression system: Escherichia coli
Storage buffer: Tris-based buffer with 50% glycerol
Storage: Store at -20 degrees Celsius; for long term storage keep at -20 degrees Celsius or -80 degrees Celsius
Advisory: In order to retain the quality of the 3-isopropylmalate dehydratase large subunit(leuC) unchanged cycles of freezing and thawing should be avoided. For proteins that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized proteins small amounts of the suspension may be entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Before use briefly centrifuge the vial to collect all of the solution in the bottom of the vial. When reconstituting the lyophilized protein it is reccomended initially to dilute to a concentration of 100ug/ml using sterile water and only after that to continue preparing further dilutions.
